免费维修规则

“PDMOVIE承诺符合以下情况,由产品售出之日起,在产品有效保修期内(产品的不同部件保修期限可能有所不同,详见主要部件保修期限清单),将提供免费的产品保修服务,客户不需要支付维修所需的检测费、人工费、更换零配件费、测试费和维修品返回时的快递费。(发出时的运费由客户承担)。待维修产品部分配件过保,客户需要支付过保配件维修费用。全球不同区域保修期限可能会有所不同,PDMOVIE会根据当地法律法规进行适当调整。”

1.实行免费维修服务必须符合以下条件

自购买产品在规定的产品保修期限内正常使用,出现非人为的性能故障的产品;
无擅自拆卸、无非官方说明书指引的改装或加装、其它非人为引起的故障;
可提供有效的购买证明、单据及单号。

2.以下情况不属于免费保修服务的情形

发生人为的非产品本身质量问题导致的产品碰撞、跌落、烧毁事故;
发生非官方说明书指导的私自改装、拆解、开壳等行为而造成的损坏;
未按官方说明书指导,进行不正确安装、使用及操作不当所造成的损坏;
因非官方说明书指导的电路改造、或对电池组、充电器的匹配使用不当导致的损坏;
在无官方说明指导的情况下,客户自行维修装配件导致的损坏;
涂毁机器序列号、出厂标签以及其他标识。

3.保修须知

用户需将问题产品寄回,PDMOVIE售后维修中心收到机器后,将对产品进行故障检测以确定问题责任归属。若属于产品本身质量缺陷,PDMOVIE负责承担检测费、材料费、人工费及寄回快递费;
若经过检测产品不符合免费维修条件,客户可选择付费维修或原机寄回;
若机器的问题不在保修范围内(如人为导致机器损坏),我们会根据具体问题收取相应的检测费、更换零件费、测试费、人工费及寄回快递费;
鉴于产品版本差异,产品不支持全球联保,只能在PDMOVIE指定的区域维修中心进行保修服务。

付费维修服务:

在不能满足退换货政策和免费保修条款的情况下,PDMOVIE将提供有偿的产品维修服务,客户需要支付产品维修所需的检测费、人工费、更换零件费、测试费和维修相关的快递费。
付费内容包括:客户应承担产品维修所需的检测费、人工费、更换零件费、维修相关的快递费。(注:如客户将维修品寄予PDMOVIE后放弃产品维修的,仍需支付产品检测费和快递费。)
客户将维修品寄予PDMOVIE之日起超过15天未确认维修方案,亦未明确表示放弃产品维修的,PDMOVIE将联系客户寄回,运费由客户自行承担;
如出现联系不上客户的情况,PDMOVIE将按邮寄的地址返回,运费由客户自行承担。
上述条款如存在争议,由江门市彼得莫菲科技有限公司享有最终解释权。
本售后服务政策仅适用于中国大陆地区,其他国家及地区以当地售后服务政策及法律规范为准。

Warranty Repair Service

PDMOVIE guarantees that subject to the following conditions, you can enjoy free Warranty Repair Service during effective product warranty period(please refer to list of warranty periods, as different parts have different warranty period). Customers do not need to pay inspection, labor, materials, tax, repair and delivery fee of PDMOVIE when receiving the product. (customer should bear one-way freight cost). Customer needs to pay repair fees of insurance expired parts. And warranty period may vary in different regions according to the local law. 

1.You can request Warranty Repair Service where:

a.The product must not have been subjected to abnormal or unauthorized used, as intended by the manufacturer during the warranty period.

b.No unauthorized disassembling, modification or installation has been performed on the product or a component.

c.You provide a valid proof-of-purchase, receipt or order number (for PDMOVIE Direct Sales).

2.Warranty Repair Service will not be provided where:

a.Crash, drop or fire damage caused by non-manufacturing factors.

b.Damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly, or shell opening not in accordance with official instructions or manuals.

c.Damage caused by improper installation and incorrect use or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals.

d.Damage caused by unauthorized circuit modification and mismatch or misuse of the battery or charger.

e.Damage caused by a non-authorized service provider.

f.Tampering or unauthorized alteration to product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc.

3.Warranty Instruction:

a.Customer need to send back the product with quality problems, and PDMOVIE Warranty Repair Center will test it to figure out who should bear the responsibility for the problems. If the product has inherent quality defect, PDMOVIE will bear inspection, labor, materials, tax, repair and delivery fees.

b.If the product mismatches Warranty Service conditions, customer can choose Paid Repair Service or getting back the product.

c.If the product comes with problems that are out of warranty scope(eg. artificial damage), PDMOVIE will charge fees caused by inspection, labor, materials, tax, repair and delivery.

d.Due to non-uniform product version, International Warranty Service is not provided, but you can choose Warranty Service in designated regional service center.

Paid Repair Service:

PDMOVIE provides our customers with an optional Paid Repair Service:

*For products that do not meet the conditions of our Warranty Service or which are not covered by the Consumer Guarantees.

For the paid repair services we offer, you will be charged for inspection, labor, materials, tax, repair and delivery.

*For cases more than 15 days since the customer sends back the product (during this period neither the maintenance plan is confirmed, nor the customer waives the paid service), PDMOVIE will contact the customer and return the product, and the customer has to bear the shipping costs.

If the customer are out of reach, PDMOVIE will return the product to the mailing address, and the customer has to bear the shipping cost.

This after-sales service policy only applies to mainland China. Other countries and regions shall follow the local after-sales service policies and legal norms.
