After-Sales Service

1. Limited Warranty

This Limited Warranty applies to genuine PDMOVIE products originally purchased new from PDMOVIE.com, an official PDMOVIE marketplace store, or an authorized PDMOVIE dealer. A valid receipt, invoice, order confirmation, or other acceptable proof of purchase is required.

2. Warranty Eligibility and Start Date

The warranty period begins on the date the product is first delivered to the original purchaser, as shown by valid tracking information, delivery confirmation, or other acceptable proof of delivery.

The product must originally have been purchased new from an eligible PDMOVIE sales channel. Products originally sold as used, refurbished, demonstration, or open-box products are not covered unless separate warranty coverage was expressly provided at the time of sale.

If a PDMOVIE product is subsequently resold, gifted, or otherwise transferred to another owner, its warranty period will not restart, renew, or be extended. Any remaining warranty coverage will continue to be calculated from the date on which the original purchaser first received the product.

A second-hand owner requesting warranty service must provide the original proof of purchase and sufficient evidence of the original delivery date. If these records cannot be provided, PDMOVIE may be unable to verify the remaining warranty coverage.

3. Warranty Period

The standard warranty period for eligible PDMOVIE Main Products is 12 months.

Eligible Main Products purchased directly from the official PDMOVIE online store at www.pdmovie.com receive an additional six months of warranty coverage, providing a total warranty period of 18 months.

The additional six-month warranty begins automatically after the standard 12-month warranty and is calculated from the same original delivery date. It does not restart if the product is subsequently resold or transferred.

The additional six-month warranty applies only to eligible Main Products. Accessories, batteries, charging cables, power cables, adapters, mounting components, replacement parts, consumables, and wear items are not eligible for this additional coverage and remain subject to their respective standard warranty periods.

For a product kit or bundle, each included item follows its own product classification and applicable warranty period. Purchasing an accessory as part of a kit or bundle does not make that accessory eligible for the additional six-month warranty.

4. What the Limited Warranty Covers

This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that prevent the product from functioning normally when it is used in accordance with PDMOVIE’s official instructions and manuals.

For an approved warranty claim, PDMOVIE will cover:

  • Product inspection and diagnosis
  • Repair labor
  • Replacement parts and materials
  • Repair or replacement of the defective product
  • Standard return shipping from the service center to the customer

For standard warranty service, the customer is responsible for the cost of sending the product to the designated service center. PDMOVIE will cover the inspection, approved repair or replacement, and standard return shipping costs.

If a product arrives damaged or cannot function properly upon delivery, please contact PDMOVIE promptly within the applicable reporting period stated in the Returns & Refunds Policy.

If the problem is confirmed to have resulted from a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, an incorrect shipment, or missing items, PDMOVIE will cover all reasonable and pre-authorized expenses required to resolve the issue.

Please do not return or send any product until you have received service authorization and shipping instructions from PDMOVIE.

Battery Coverage

Batteries are consumable components and are not covered by the standard Limited Warranty.

The only exception applies when a battery is unable to function due to a manufacturing defect that is not caused by the customer, and the issue is reported to PDMOVIE within 14 calendar days after the product is delivered.

PDMOVIE may require photos, videos, diagnostic information, or the return of the battery or product for inspection. If the issue is confirmed to qualify, PDMOVIE will provide an appropriate solution, such as replacing the defective battery.

Battery problems reported after this 14-day period are not covered by the Limited Warranty. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Normal battery aging or reduced capacity
  • Shortened operating time resulting from ordinary use and charging cycles
  • Damage caused by impacts, drops, liquid exposure, improper storage, or extreme temperatures
  • Damage caused by improper charging or the use of an incompatible charger, cable, or power supply
  • Swelling, leakage, or other damage caused by misuse or improper maintenance

This exclusion does not limit any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Requirements for Warranty Service

To receive Warranty Service:

  • The product must still be within its applicable warranty period.
  • Valid original proof of purchase and delivery must be provided.
  • The product’s serial number and identifying labels must remain legible.
  • The customer must provide sufficient information for PDMOVIE to assess the reported issue.
  • The customer must complete any reasonable troubleshooting requested by PDMOVIE Support.
  • The product must have been used in accordance with PDMOVIE’s official instructions.
  • The product must be returned only after PDMOVIE has provided service authorization and shipping instructions.

PDMOVIE may request photos, videos, diagnostic information, or additional documentation to verify a warranty claim.

6. What the Limited Warranty Does Not Cover

This Limited Warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by:

  • Accidents, impacts, drops, fire, liquid exposure, extreme weather, natural disasters, or improper storage
  • Incorrect installation, operation, maintenance, or use contrary to official instructions
  • Use of an incompatible or incorrectly rated battery, charger, power supply, cable, or accessory
  • Unauthorized modification, circuit alteration, disassembly, or repair that caused or contributed to the reported damage
  • Repairs performed by a third party without prior written authorization from PDMOVIE, where the repair caused or contributed to the reported damage
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect normal operation
  • Normal battery aging or reduced battery capacity resulting from ordinary use and charging cycles
  • Alteration, removal, or damage to a serial number or product label that prevents the product or warranty status from being verified
  • Damage occurring during customer-arranged shipping due to inadequate packaging
  • Counterfeit products or products originally purchased from an unauthorized sales channel

Products that are outside the warranty period or are not covered by this Limited Warranty may be eligible for Paid Repair Service.

7. Repair, Replacement and Final Service Determination

After reviewing the proof of purchase, delivery records, product condition, diagnostic results, reported fault, and applicable warranty terms, PDMOVIE will determine whether the claim qualifies for Warranty Service.

For an approved warranty claim, PDMOVIE may, at its reasonable discretion and subject to applicable law:

  • Repair the defective product
  • Replace the defective product with the same model
  • Replace it with a product of equivalent function and value
  • Provide a refund or another appropriate solution when repair or replacement is not reasonably available

Repairing or replacing a product does not restart or extend its original warranty period unless otherwise required by applicable law.

PDMOVIE reserves the right to verify all warranty claims and make the final service determination regarding warranty eligibility and the appropriate available remedy, based on the evidence and circumstances of each claim and to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Consumer Rights

This Limited Warranty is provided in addition to any mandatory rights and remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or replaces any consumer rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded. Where this policy conflicts with mandatory local law, the applicable mandatory law will prevail.

Repair Service Process

Please contact PDMOVIE Support and obtain service authorization before returning or sending any product for repair.

Step 1: Submit a Service Request

To submit a service request, please open the Contact Support tab on this page and complete the form.

Please provide accurate and detailed information about your order, product, and the issue you are experiencing. Where applicable, please include photos or a link to a video showing the issue.

We will contact you as soon as we receive your form submission.

Step 2: Remote Troubleshooting

PDMOVIE Support will review the submitted information and may provide troubleshooting instructions or request additional information, photos, videos, or diagnostic details.

We normally respond within 1–2 business days.

Step 3: Receive Service Authorization

If the product needs to be returned, PDMOVIE will provide:

  • A service request or repair reference number
  • The designated service center address
  • A list of the products and accessories that need to be returned
  • Packaging and shipping instructions
  • Information about any applicable inspection, repair, or shipping costs

Please do not send any product to PDMOVIE without prior service authorization and shipping instructions.

Step 4: Send the Product

Use a trackable shipping service and provide the tracking number to PDMOVIE Support.

Only send the product and accessories requested by the support team. Remove any memory cards, third-party accessories, mounting equipment, or other items that are not required for inspection.

Customers are responsible for securely packaging the product to prevent loss or damage during transportation.

Step 5: Inspection and Diagnosis

After receiving the product, PDMOVIE will inspect it and determine whether:

  • The issue is covered by the Limited Warranty
  • The product is eligible for Paid Repair Service
  • The reported issue cannot be reproduced
  • The product cannot be repaired due to technical limitations or parts availability

Inspection is normally completed within 5–7 business days after the product is received.

Step 6: Repair or Replacement

Approved warranty repairs will be completed without additional inspection, labor, or replacement-parts charges.

For non-warranty repairs, PDMOVIE will provide a quotation before beginning the repair. No paid repair will be performed without the customer’s approval.

Repairs are normally completed within 7–15 business days after diagnosis and, where applicable, payment approval. This estimate does not include shipping time, customs clearance, or delays caused by unavailable parts.

Step 7: Return Shipping

After the repair or replacement is completed, PDMOVIE will confirm the customer’s return address.

Tracking information will be provided after the product has been shipped.

Paid Repair Service

Products that are outside the warranty period or do not meet the Limited Warranty conditions may be eligible for Paid Repair Service, subject to technical feasibility and parts availability.

Before the product is returned, PDMOVIE will inform the customer whether an inspection or diagnostic fee may apply.

The repair quotation may include:

  • Inspection and diagnosis
  • Repair labor
  • Replacement parts and materials
  • Applicable taxes or customs charges
  • Return shipping

The repair will begin only after the customer approves the quotation and completes any required payment.

If the customer declines the repair, the customer will be responsible for any inspection fee disclosed in advance and the cost of returning the product.

Repair quotations remain valid for 30 calendar days.

Parts and labor provided through Paid Repair Service are covered for 90 calendar days after the repaired product is delivered. This coverage applies only to the parts repaired or replaced during that service.

No Response From the Customer

If the customer does not approve or decline the repair quotation within 15 calendar days, PDMOVIE will attempt to contact the customer again.

If no response is received, PDMOVIE may close the service request and arrange to return the product to the address provided. The customer will be responsible for the applicable return shipping costs and any previously disclosed charges.

If the product cannot be returned because the customer cannot be contacted, the address is invalid, or the applicable return charges remain unpaid, PDMOVIE will handle the product in accordance with applicable law.

Parts Availability

PDMOVIE cannot guarantee that every discontinued or older product can be repaired.

If the required replacement parts are no longer available, we will inform the customer and discuss any available alternatives.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact PDMOVIE Support via email order@pdmovie.com as soon as possible.

Orders that have not yet been shipped may be cancelled for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must be handled as a return.

Returns & Refunds Policy

This policy applies to products purchased directly from the official PDMOVIE online store at www.pdmovie.com.

Products purchased from Amazon, AliExpress, an authorized dealer, or another third-party sales channel must normally be returned through the original seller and are subject to that seller’s return policy.

Returns for Personal Reasons

You may request a return within 14 calendar days after receiving the product.

To request a return, please contact us at order@pdmovie.com.

To qualify for a return:

  • You must obtain return authorization before shipping the product.
  • The product must not have been used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.
  • The product must be complete and free from customer-caused damage or scratches.
  • All original accessories, manuals, packaging, and promotional items must be included.
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase must be provided.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or delayed.

Damaged, Incorrect, Incomplete, Non-Working, or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, unable to function properly, or with a suspected quality defect, please contact PDMOVIE Support within 14 calendar days after delivery.

For any return or refund request based on a claim that the product cannot function properly or has a quality defect, the customer must:

  • Provide clear and relevant video evidence showing the reported issue; or
  • Cooperate directly with PDMOVIE Support so that the issue can be assessed and confirmed through troubleshooting communication or a live video inspection.

PDMOVIE Support may request additional information, photos, videos, diagnostic details, or reasonable troubleshooting before confirming whether the reported problem is caused by a product defect.

The product must not be returned until the issue has been reviewed and PDMOVIE has issued return authorization and shipping instructions.

If the customer refuses to provide the requested evidence, does not respond to PDMOVIE Support, or refuses to participate in reasonable troubleshooting or verification, PDMOVIE may be unable to confirm the reported issue. To the extent permitted by applicable law, PDMOVIE reserves the right to deny the defect-based return request or refuse an unauthorized return.

If the problem is confirmed to have resulted from a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, an incorrect shipment, or missing items, PDMOVIE will cover the reasonable and pre-authorized costs required to resolve the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, PDMOVIE may:

  • Send the missing or correct item
  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product
  • Provide a full or partial refund

Return Shipping and Fees

For returns made for personal reasons:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • The customer must use a trackable shipping service.
  • The customer is responsible for securely packaging the product.
  • Any customs duties, import charges, or other costs incurred when the product is returned may be deducted from the refund.
  • PDMOVIE does not accept freight-collect shipments or unauthorized premium shipping services.

For confirmed damaged, incorrect, incomplete, non-working, or defective products, PDMOVIE will cover reasonable return shipping costs approved in advance.

PDMOVIE will not reimburse return shipping costs that have not been authorized in advance.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, original shipping charges are non-refundable for returns made for personal reasons.

Refund Processing

Where a product is required to be returned, no refund will be issued until the returned product has been received at the designated return address and inspected by PDMOVIE.

After receiving the returned product, PDMOVIE will inspect the product and all included accessories.

Approved refunds will be processed against the original order and returned to the original payment method within five business days after the inspection is completed.

The time required for the refund to appear in the customer’s account depends on the bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider.

If the returned product is incomplete, damaged, missing included items, or shows use beyond what is reasonably necessary for inspection, PDMOVIE may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value, where permitted by applicable law.

Any applicable deductions will be explained to the customer before the refund is processed.

Return Address

The designated return address and shipping instructions will be provided after the return request has been approved.

Please do not return any product to PDMOVIE’s publicly listed company address unless specifically instructed to do so.

Consumer Rights

This Returns & Refunds Policy does not exclude, restrict, or replace any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.
